We can get in our own way sometimes. Fear and stress responses are our bodies’ built-in mechanisms that protect us from adversity, they can also prevent us from advancing. 12 sessions to Thrive
Together, we explore the support you want from a coach, then develop a clear vision for how your life will feel at the end of the program.
As we progress toward your goals I draw on compassionate curiosity and the breadth and depth of my experience to curate a tailored coaching program that builds on the NBHWC framework.
Change will likely begin immediately, and often at a rapid pace, but there will undoubtedly be challenges and setbacks along the way. The 12-session program provides time for us to overcome these challenges, helping you to develop resilience in the process.
